Vietnamese Food

Having spent over 50 years ignoring most Vietnamese cuisine, I am looking to learn more about it. There are many Vietnamese restaurants here in my city - lots of opportunities.

Restaurants

• Pho Bien Hoa Visited 8/5/2023 and had  Roasted Chicken Egg Noodle Mi ga quay.
• Phở Saigon Noodle House Visited 08/06/2023 and had Bánh mì Dặc Biệt and Bánh mì  Gà Xào Sả Ớt (Spicy Lemongrass Chicken)
• Vietopia Bistro Visited 8/7/2023 and had Spring Rolls (2A) Rice paper wrapped with shrimp, pork, vermicelli noodles, lettuce. Served with peanut dipping sauce. Lunch was (30V) Grilled Chicken Vermicelli (bún gạo). Both were delivered quickly and were very good. The peanut dipping sauce for the spring rolls was great.
